You put on the black dress, check the hotel mirror and spot lint and hair across the front. The roller at home is sitting in the laundry, not in your bag. Dinner is soon, everyone else will arrive looking put together, and you are picking at fluff with your fingers in the lift.
Pull the TripTidy FluffOff Travel Lint Roller from the side pocket of your bag and roll it over the fabric in short, firm strokes. Lint and hair lift onto the sticky sheet. When a sheet is full, peel it away to reveal a fresh one underneath. Work across the shoulders, the front and the sleeves, then pack it away.
Start with dark fabrics, where lint shows first, then do a quick pass over your jacket before you leave. Your outfit looks clean and finished, and the roller goes straight back into your bag for the next stop. Keep one with you on every trip, backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
It is also the lint half of the TripTidy system, alongside the steamer and packing cubes.
One each of CreaseAway Foldable Travel Steamer, FluffOff Travel Lint Roller and PackNeat Compression Packing Cubes. Start by packing the steamer flat beside your laptop, with the cubes and lint roller alongside it.

Shop the Wrinkle-Free DuoIt heats tap water into steam and releases it through a horizontal head. Held close to a hanging garment, that steam relaxes the fibres, so the tension holding a crease lets go and the fabric falls straight under its own weight. There is no hot plate pressing down and no board to set up. You need a hanger, a power point and a few downward passes. That is why it works in a hotel room where the iron is rusted, missing or both.
This is the fear that sends most first travel steamers to the bin, so it is fair to ask. The steamer works vertically on a hanging garment, and the short warm-up lets the water turn fully to steam before it reaches the head. Wait for it to heat, keep the unit upright and steam in downward passes. Because steam relaxes fibres rather than pressing them, silk avoids the scorch and shine you risk with a hot iron. On very fine fabric, test a hidden seam first.
It is corded on purpose. Mains power delivers steady steam on every trip, while battery handhelds tend to fade mid-shirt and die by trip two. The trade is finding a power point, and most hotel rooms have one by the desk, the mirror or the bathroom vanity. Hang your garment on the wardrobe door or a hook near that outlet and you are set. Steady steam from a short cord beats weak steam from a flat battery.
The unit heats in around a minute, so you are steaming almost as soon as you plug in. A cotton shirt or silk blouse usually needs a few downward passes. Heavier fabrics such as a linen blazer take more passes and a little more patience. Compare that with a wall iron that takes four minutes to warm up and barely holds heat. Results vary with the fabric and how deep the creases are, so start earlier for heavy pieces.
Yes. The handle folds flat, and the slim base gives it a low profile that slots beside your laptop instead of taking up half the bag. Full-size upright steamers do not travel, and that is the gap this fills. It is compact enough to leave packed permanently, so the tool that fixes your appearance goes wherever you go. Empty the tank before you pack it and it rides alongside your clothes with no risk of a damp cube.
A bargain handheld is built to a price, and the complaints about them are consistent: water spitting on first use, slow heat-up, unverified specs and no warranty when it dies. Hotel irons are a gamble, often rusted, missing or too weak for linen. This steamer is designed for travel first. It folds flat, runs on mains power for consistent steam and is backed by our 30-day guarantee. You are paying for a tool that is ready on every trip, not one you replace after two.
